Payment Policy
1. Currency Used for Transactions
All orders placed through fresqino.com are charged and processed in Euros (EUR). Product prices, shipping costs, applicable taxes, refunds, and other amounts shown during checkout are calculated in EUR.
If the payment account used for an order is denominated in another currency, the customer's bank, card issuer, PayPal, digital wallet provider, or other financial institution may convert the transaction using its own exchange rate. Any conversion fees or foreign transaction charges applied by the provider are outside the control of FRESQINO, LLC.
2. Payment Methods We Accept
Payment methods available through our checkout may include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
The availability of a particular payment option may depend on the customer's device, browser, location, account eligibility, or the services currently supported by the applicable payment provider.
3. Payment Processing
Payments made through fresqino.com are processed by independent payment providers, including Stripe and PayPal. These providers manage payment authorization, transaction processing, authentication, and related payment-security procedures.
An order is treated as successfully paid only after the applicable payment provider confirms that the transaction has been authorized or completed.
4. Payment Verification
Banks and payment providers may require additional verification before approving a payment. Depending on the payment method, this may include a one-time verification code, digital wallet confirmation, identity verification, fraud screening, or 3D Secure authentication.
These verification procedures are controlled by the relevant financial institution or payment provider and may need to be completed before the order can proceed.
5. Payment Security
Payment-related communications are protected using HTTPS and SSL/TLS encryption. Our authorized payment providers may also use tokenization, encrypted processing, PCI DSS controls, transaction monitoring, fraud-detection systems, and secure authentication technologies.
FRESQINO, LLC does not store customers' complete card numbers, CVV/CVC codes, PayPal passwords, digital wallet credentials, or other sensitive payment credentials on our website servers.
6. Declined or Unsuccessful Payments
A payment may be declined because of incorrect payment details, insufficient funds, an expired card, authentication failure, bank restrictions, fraud-prevention controls, or temporary technical issues.
If payment is unsuccessful, customers should verify the information entered and, where necessary, contact the relevant bank or payment provider before attempting payment again.
7. Incorrect Charges and Payment Disputes
If you believe that a transaction was duplicated, processed incorrectly, or charged for an incorrect amount, please contact us at [email protected] so that we can review the available order and transaction records.
Chargebacks and payment disputes submitted through Stripe, PayPal, a bank, or card issuer are handled according to the procedures of the applicable provider. We may provide relevant order, payment, shipping, delivery, return, and communication records when reasonably required to respond to such a dispute.
8. Refunds
When a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method used for the order. We aim to process an approved refund within 7 business days.
After the refund has been submitted, the customer's bank, card issuer, Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or another payment provider may require additional time before the funds appear in the customer's account.
Refund eligibility and return conditions are explained in our Refund and Returns Policy.
9. Payment Questions
For questions concerning payment authorization, transaction status, duplicate charges, or refunds, customers may contact us at [email protected], by telephone at +1 (281) 256-3466, or through our Contact Us page.
