These Terms of Service govern access to and use of fresqino.com, including browsing the website, creating an account, purchasing products, submitting payments, communicating with us, requesting returns, and using other services made available through the website.
fresqino.com is operated by FRESQINO, LLC. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced within them.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not place an order or continue using website functions that require acceptance of these conditions.

fresqino.com operates as an online retail website offering hats and related headwear available through our current collection.
We may update product availability, website features, layouts, prices, descriptions, services, and other parts of the website where reasonably necessary for operational, technical, security, or legal purposes.
3. Customer Eligibility and Responsibilities
Customers must have the legal capacity required under applicable law to enter into a purchase transaction.
When placing an order, customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate contact, billing, payment, and delivery information.

Customers may reasonably try on a hat indoors to check size, fit, shape, and appearance. Return eligibility after fitting is governed by our Refund and Returns Policy.
6. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. Placing an item in a shopping cart does not guarantee that the product will remain available until checkout has been successfully completed.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been submitted, we may contact the customer and provide an appropriate resolution, including cancellation and refund where necessary.
7. Prices and Transaction Currency
Orders placed through fresqino.com are processed in Euros (EUR).
If the customer's payment account uses another currency, the applicable bank, card issuer, PayPal, digital wallet provider, or other financial institution may convert the transaction using its own exchange rate and may apply additional currency conversion or foreign transaction charges.
These third-party conversion rates and charges are outside the control of FRESQINO, LLC.
8. Order Submission and Acceptance

FRESQINO, LLC does not store customers' complete card numbers, CVV/CVC security codes, PayPal passwords, or digital wallet credentials on our website servers.
11. Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–4 business days following successful payment confirmation.
Processing time is separate from transportation time and may include payment verification, order review, preparation, packaging, and transfer to the applicable shipping carrier.
12. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping charges, delivery estimates, free-shipping thresholds, carrier arrangements, customs conditions, tracking procedures, and other delivery requirements are governed by our Shipping Policy.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or has been transferred to a carrier.

13. Tracking Information
After a parcel has been accepted by the carrier, tracking information may require approximately 48–72 hours before the first meaningful update appears.
Temporary gaps between tracking scans do not necessarily indicate that a parcel has stopped moving or has been lost.
14. Customs and International Orders
Customers receiving orders within the United States will not be required to pay additional import customs duties upon delivery under our shipping arrangements.
For destinations outside the United States, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other government-imposed charges may apply and are generally the responsibility of the recipient unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout.
15. Returns
Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 days from the confirmed delivery date, subject to the requirements of ourRefund and Returns Policy.
Customers may try on hats indoors for the purpose of checking size, fit, shape, and appearance, provided the products remain clean, undamaged, unaltered, and suitable for resale.
Products showing evidence of extended outdoor wear, washing, reshaping, stretching, staining, strong odors, alteration, misuse, or other material deterioration after delivery may not qualify for a standard return.
16. Return Shipping
For returns resulting from a change of mind, size preference, fit preference, style preference, or another reason not caused by FRESQINO, LLC, customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Customers should follow the authorized return instructions provided by us and are encouraged to retain return tracking information until the return process has been completed.
17. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
Customers should inspect products promptly after delivery.

Photographs of the product, affected area, outer packaging, internal packaging, and shipping label may be requested where reasonably necessary to investigate the issue.
18. Refunds

We aim to process approved refunds within 7 business days. After the refund has been submitted, additional processing time may be required by Stripe, PayPal, the customer's bank, card issuer, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or another applicable payment provider.

Customers who use account functionality are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for activities conducted through their account.
